Corporate photographer in London: internal business imagery

A corporate photographer in London doesn’t only shoot glossy campaigns, a lot of the work is quiet internal imagery that keeps a business running well. On 16 August 2025 I shot exactly that for Daisy Green at Bondi Green, images for internal company use, things like documents and spreadsheets, and they came out beautiful anyway. Internal doesn’t have to mean ugly. If your company needs proper photos for reports, decks, and operations, here’s what a shoot like that involves.

What is internal corporate photography?

Images a business uses in-house rather than in adverts. Team pages, training documents, operational guides and internal reports, and yes, sometimes spreadsheets and systems. The work is unglamorous on paper and genuinely useful in practice.

For Daisy Green the brief was internal use, so I shot clean, clear, consistent images that would sit neatly in company documents without looking like stock photos.

Why pay a professional for internal images?

Because consistency and clarity save time everywhere they’re used. A jumble of phone photos across a company’s documents looks messy and dates fast. One consistent set of professional images makes every internal document look considered.

It also quietly lifts staff pride. People notice when a business bothers to do the small things properly.

How do you keep internal photos looking good?

Consistent light, consistent framing, and a plan for how each image gets used. Before shooting Daisy Green’s set I thought about where the images would live, so exposures and crops matched across the whole batch. That consistency is what makes them drop cleanly into any template later.

Shooting on location in a working space also means the images feel like the real business, not a staged version of it.

Who books internal corporate photography?

Hospitality groups, offices, and any business that runs on documentation. LemonLens covers corporate work across London, from internal imagery to team headshots and company events. Central London brands like Daisy Green are easy reach from our Fulham base.

FAQ

How much does a corporate photographer cost in London?

Internal shoots are priced per booking, based on hours on site and the number of final images. A focused internal-use session is one of the more straightforward corporate bookings to budget for. Send me the brief and I’ll quote.

Can you shoot in our working premises?

Yes. The Daisy Green shoot happened on location in a live venue. I work around normal operations with compact kit so business carries on while I photograph.

Do you also do team headshots on the same visit?

Often, yes. Many companies combine internal imagery with staff headshots in one booking, which saves a second visit and keeps everything visually consistent.

Where in London do you shoot corporate work?

Citywide, from the City and Central London out to the boroughs. Hospitality venues and offices are all regular, studios too, and travel across London from Fulham is straightforward.
