why notting hill
Notting Hill hands you the colour for free. The pastel terraces along Lancaster Road, the cream Georgian fronts on Pembridge Square and the antiques run down Portobello give a portrait set that could not be anywhere else in London.
Most of what I shoot here is founders of beauty and fashion brands, plus editorial portraits meant for print. The walk takes about 90 minutes and finishes under the canopy in Holland Park for a cooler picture at the end.
£220 plus VAT. One route, two stops, two retouched finals and 15 high res proofs. For a single strong picture.
£380 plus VAT. Three W11 stops across the pastel terraces, Westbourne Grove and Holland Park. Five retouched finals, 30 proofs and an outfit call beforehand.
£680 plus VAT. The full W11 loop with indoor and outdoor stops. 12 retouched finals, 60 proofs. Make up artist on request.
I map your brand colours to the W11 backdrops about 48 hours before we shoot.
Default meeting point is Notting Hill Gate tube, on the Pembridge Road side.
Lancaster Road, then Westbourne Grove, finishing at Holland Park.
Colour edited by hand and delivered within seven working days, or 48 hours if you need it sooner.

“Emmet was an AMAZING person to work with: insanely creative but also a really welcoming and fun presence. He made me feel so comfortable throughout the whole shoot and the results speak for themselves.”
Verified Trustpilot review, 5.0 / 5.0Lancaster Road fills up from about 10:00 in summer, with queues for the pastel fronts. I default to a 09:00 to 10:00 weekday slot then, and move to the side streets out of season.
Handheld portrait work on a public pavement does not need one. Tripods, lighting stands and commercial campaigns need permission from Kensington and Chelsea council, and I sort that for commercial bookings. Holland Park is fine handheld, though commercial work there needs a Royal Parks permit.
Yes. Weekday mornings before 10:00 for the antiques stretch. The Saturday market is good for energy but harder work if you want a clean editorial picture.
Notting Hill Gate tube on the Pembridge Road side by default. A cafe on Westbourne Grove or your hotel lobby works too, just say.
Seven working days as standard, or 48 hours on request. Everything lands in a private gallery for you to pick from.
£220 for a 45 minute editorial session, £380 for 90 minutes and £680 for a brand half day, all before VAT. Travel from my Fulham studio is included and there is no surcharge inside zones 1 and 2.
