Corporate headshot photographer in London: shot at your home
A corporate headshot photographer in London doesn’t need you to come to a studio anymore. On 22 August 2025 I brought a full headshot setup to a client’s home near the river in Clapham, SW6, and shot refined, natural portraits right there. No commute, no sterile backdrop, just good light and a relaxed subject. Home and office headshots are some of my favourite work, because people look most like themselves where they feel comfortable. Below is how a mobile headshot session runs.
Why have headshots taken at home?
Because comfort shows on the face. A studio can feel like a doctor’s waiting room, and it tightens people up. Shoot someone in their own space and the shoulders drop, the smile is real, and the portrait actually looks like them.
For the Clapham session I set up in the client’s home and worked with the natural light already coming through, which gave the portraits a soft, honest feel.
What does a mobile headshot setup involve?
A portable backdrop, professional lighting, and everything the studio would give you, packed into a car. I bring the full kit to the door and build a proper setup in a corner of the room. Fifteen minutes to rig, and the client’s space becomes a studio for the afternoon.
That portability means a whole team can be shot in one office visit, or one executive at home, with identical quality either way.
What makes a good corporate headshot?
Clean light, a genuine expression, and a look that fits the person’s role. Refined and naturalistic beats stiff and over-lit every time. A headshot should look like the best version of a normal day, not a passport photo or a glamour shot.
I coach expression gently through the session, because most people freeze the second a camera points at them. A few minutes of direction fixes that.
Who books at-home and mobile headshots?
Executives, consultants, founders, and teams who’d rather not troop to a studio. LemonLens shoots headshots and portraits both at our Fulham studio and on location across London, and mobile sessions pair neatly with company event coverage. Clapham, Fulham, and South West London are all a short hop from base.
FAQ
How much does a corporate headshot cost in London?
Headshots are priced per person or per session, with team rates for multiple people at one location. A mobile session at your home or office is comparable to studio pricing, with the convenience built in. Tell me the numbers and I’ll quote.
Do you really bring everything to my home or office?
Yes. Backdrop, lighting, and camera all come with me, as they did for the Clapham shoot. You just provide a bit of space and a power socket.
How long does a headshot session take?
For one person, around 20 to 30 minutes including a couple of looks. Teams run on a rolling schedule of roughly 10 to 15 minutes each, so a full office can be done in a morning.
Where in London do you shoot headshots?
At the Fulham studio or on location anywhere in the city. Clapham, Fulham, Wandsworth, and the wider South West are especially easy, but I cover offices across London.
